• Once we receive your order, greeting and images, our graphics department will create the layout and proof of your personalized package and LISTEN NOW screen image.
• Your PDF package and screen image proof will be emailed within 2-3 business days for your review and approval.
• Requested revisions and corrections are usually made and sent to you within 1-2 business days
• Package approval is required before print and production begin.
• After your proof is approved, allow approximately 5-10 business days for us to print and ship your music gifts. (Greeting cards take less time than CD cards or CD wallets).

• Shipping and handling is an additional charge and is determined by method of shipment, order quantity and destination from Nashville, TN.
• Delivery times depend on method of shipment.

We offer turnkey mail fulfillment catered to your needs.  This service includes postage, 4-color address labels printed using your Excel spreadsheet mailing list, mailer assembly and delivery to the Post Office. Contact us for more information and pricing.

Our products are personalized and produced on demand, therefore returns and exchanges are not allowed.
